CLASS INFORMATION
KIDS YOGA: Ages 4-8
INSTRUCTOR: Sarah DeWitt
CLASS DETAILS: In this fun and active class the instructor will guide your child through age-appropriate yoga poses using engaging music, fun games, and other activities. We will focus on breathing, self-regulation, strength, and flexibility.
WHAT TO BRING: Please bring water and a healthy snack. Yoga mats are provided.
WHAT TO WEAR: Comfortable clothing that is easy to move in.
